The report is part of the plan
Individual and Pro will include a report at the end of every scored ride and challenge: what happened and how you worked. Pro adds what to practice next. Once you have enough runs, you can request a PDF report for a period.

Do I need my own cloud account?
No. Shakeride provides the environment, already running and already broken.
Will I be billed by a cloud provider?
No. Nothing runs in your account, so nothing can appear on your bill.
Can I cancel?
Individual and Pro are coming soon, so there is nothing to cancel yet. When they open, you will be able to cancel at any time. The Free plan does not expire.
What is a ride?
A run of a handful of challenges in a row, in one sitting. The clock runs, the report is kept, and there are no retries. How many you get each month depends on your plan.
What is a challenge?
One broken cloud environment with one symptom to explain and one fix to make. You can practice a challenge on its own; a ride puts several of them in a row.
Is there a free tier?
Yes, and it does not ask for a card.
We host the cloud account. Nothing lands on your bill.
